Customer Support Engineer

Must Have:
-B.Sc. in computer engineering, computer science or related field
-Good understanding of computer systems, networking, CCTV and alarm systems
-Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
-Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
-Good command of written/spoken English
-No restrictions to travel worldwide
-Team player
-Self learning
-No military obligation for male candidatesOptional:
+ Hands on experience with CCTV, video streaming technologies and other related fields

• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
• Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
• Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
• Maintain jovial relationships with clients
• Support presales activities (such as setup/configuration of Nanodems products for customer demonstrations)
